Issue 01 — From coil to profile
From steel coil to structural tube and profile — every length passes through forming, welding and cutting stations before it reaches you.
See how it's made02About us
What we do sounds simple: we take flat steel and turn it into tube and profile. Between the two lies stand after forming stand, one continuous weld, and a precision measured in millimetres.

03Process

Steel arrives as coil. Thickness and grade are checked before it is allowed onto the line.

Rotary knives cut the coil into strips of exact width — the width of each strip is the perimeter of the finished profile.

The strip runs through a row of forming rolls, bending a little more at every stand until its edges meet.

The edges are welded in an instant, and coolant floods the fresh seam.

The flying saw travels with the tube and cuts it to length without stopping the line.

Lengths are counted, bundled and strapped, then wait in the store for loading.
